We will come and introduce ourselves and meet you and your pet/s. We will discuss feeding rituals, kitty litter location, special requirements, your pets' personality, likes and dislikes, any special hiding spots and any concerns you may have. At this time we will also pick up your key. Your key will be kept in a locked safe separate from your name and address. There is no fee for this initial consultation.
We will visit once or twice a day and stay 20-30 minutes each time.
During each visit we will wash your pets' bowls, feed them, replace the water, refresh the kitty litter and brush, play and give cuddles whilst always amusing them with fun conversation.
If you have requested it, we will also feed your fish and bird, water your indoor plants, bring in the mail and newspapers, take in/out the bin, open/draw your curtains and turn your lights on/off to maintain your home's lived in appearance. These services are all included in our price. We will pay particular attention to ensuring your property is securely locked when we leave.
Naturally you will have our mobile number and are welcome to call us at any time.
We will leave your key in your selected location on the last visit before you return home.
